Method of use: take 1-2 capsules twice a day (during meals) or in powder form (250 mg to 1 g daily), which is mixed with water or milk (raw sugar can be added). We take it for at least one month.
If you have a sensitive stomach, take it with some food, otherwise it can cause a feeling of nausea. Since it works slowly, it can be taken at any time during the day. Although Ashwagandha is considered a very safe, non-toxic herb, consult your doctor if you are taking any medications. Ashwagandha is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers, stomach ulcers, autoimmune diseases and thyroid disease.
